Usually after using the band saw to shearing the PU/PIR panels, need to arrange one person to remove the burr on the PU/PIR panels, because the reciprocating cutting mode of band blade the burr will occur on the panels, will cause labor waste. This device is an online deburring device provided by WEIHUA in order to solve this problem, no need to arrange one person to remove the burr on the PU/PIR panels. 

The working principle is that after the PU/PIR panel is cut off according to the set order size, the band saw continues to track the cutting point, and automatically separates to form a cavity with a fixed distance, so that another set of deburring device on the band saw can enter the burr at both ends of the PU/PIR panel.The whole process is synchronized with the main production line.
