Band saw is used for cutting the composite panels which come out from double-belt into fixed length to meet the requirements of different orders.

Band-saw includes encoder device、clamping device、 saw blade guiding rotary part、band saw part、working table、dust-extraction device、flexible roller table、fast roller and so on.

Working process: 1. Encoder on the main shaft of double-belt conveyor offers pulse data to computer control system; 2. computer system controls tracking servo motor of band saw; 3.servo motor measures the length and return the signal to computer control system and make a closed-loop system; 4.band saw waits for signal from computer control system according to the preset program and length; 5. The saw cutting operates once it receives signal, and the direction & speed are the same as the finished panels, atmospheric pressure is used to press panel to avoid moving; The saw is driven by dolly motor and cuts from the left of panel. After cutting, the dolly waits for next signal at the original place and at the same time, the saw blade rotates 180 degrees. While cutting corrugated roof panel, there are module bases fixed under the panel.

13) When the linear speed is 6m/min, the shortest cut length is 1200mm, the high the speed is, the longer the shortest panel will get.
